At Eyedentity Studio, we understand life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. We simply ask that you give us 48 hour notice prior to your appointment so we may adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients. If given a notice less than 48 hours from the appointment start time, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to the credit card on file totaling 50% of the session, and 100% with less than 24 hours notice.

Self-Care Club members are given 3 cancellation fee waivers with your membership so please use them sparingly. ☺

No-Show Policy

We reserve the right to charge a no-show fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After 2 no-shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking.

Late Policy

We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment with no makeup to save time. If you are running late, please give us a call to let us know, otherwise we may release the appointment. We will honor your appointment if you are less than 10 minutes late. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will try our best to accommodate but do reserve the right to apply the no show policy. Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your appointment but running late does reduce the time we have to work on your service, so please be mindful and give yourself extra time to enjoy your full experience.

Lash Fill Policy

When booking a lash fill, we do require 50-60% of lash retention for a regular fill. 30-50% retention will be considered an extended fill for an additional fee of $45. If you have less than 30% of lashes, please book a fullset as it will take more time to start you fresh again. Thus, we advise you to stick to a regular maintenance schedule for best retention and cost-efficiency.
